Abel Gonzalez and Miguel Flaquer win 1st place at the End of Harvest Central Romana Tournament.

La Romana – The team formed by Abel Gonzalez and Miguel Flaquer won first place at the End of Harvest Central Romana golf tournament with 57 shots. More than 50 players participated in the sporting event sponsored by Central Romana after completing its sugar harvest and is organized by a special committee of the Cajuiles Golf Club.

The sporting event took place in Links Casa de Campo. The second place with 59 shots was awarded to the couple formed by Alejandro Martinez-Lima and Jose Mercedes Valentín Martínez.

The third place was for Teodoro Ursino Reyes and Valentin Martinez. There were also special awards given for the category close to flag, for Ramon A. Menendez in the 8 hole and Valentin Martinez in hole 13. Carlos Sánchez was awarded with most precise drive.

An awards luncheon was held for all participants in the Club Caza y Pesca Romana.
